St Andrews The Old Course & Open Championship  (Contains 1 photo) My first book, published in 1999, was this The Official History of The Open Championship released ready 2000 Millennium Open. We were also the UK publisher/distributor.	True Links  (Contains 1 photo) Published in 2010 by workman, it defines the links courses of the world - available through Amazon.
